By participating in INNOVENT 2026, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility

Participation is open to college students and individual innovators, including undergraduate, postgraduate, and diploma students, independent creators, professionals, and early-stage founders. Participants must follow the guidelines specified for their selected registration track.

2. Team Size

Participants may register individually or as a team. Each team can have a maximum of 2 members. Participants must provide accurate details of all team members during registration.

3. Intellectual Property (IP)

Participants retain full ownership of their intellectual property, including ideas, prototypes, concepts, and business plans presented during INNOVENT 2026. The organizers, mentors, investors, and judges do not claim ownership of participants' intellectual property.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that their submitted ideas or materials do not knowingly infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.

4. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully throughout the event. Harassment, discrimination, plagiarism, misrepresentation, or disruptive behaviour towards participants, judges, mentors, organizers, or other attendees will not be tolerated.

5. Disqualification

The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any individual or team for violating these terms, the code of conduct, providing false or misleading information, plagiarism, or failing to follow event rules and deadlines.

6. Registration Fee

Participation in INNOVENT 2026 is completely free of charge. No registration fee will be collected from participants.

7. Event Date & Updates

INNOVENT 2026 is planned to take place in September 2026 at Dr. S. & S. S. Ghandhy Government Engineering College, Surat.

The exact event date, schedule, pitch instructions, and other important announcements will be communicated through the official INNOVENT 2026 website and Instagram page. Participants are responsible for checking official updates regularly.

8. Event Modification

The organizers reserve the right to modify the event date, schedule, venue, rules, registration process, or other event details when necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated through the official website and Instagram page.

9. Participant Information

Participants must provide accurate and complete information during registration. The organizers may use the submitted information for event administration, participant communication, screening, and coordination related to INNOVENT 2026.

10. Final Decision

The decisions of the organizing team, screening committee, and judging panel regarding participant selection, evaluation, and final results shall be considered final.
